Naviband

The group NAVIBAND listen to which every year there are more and more fans - this is a musical group from Belarus. The musicians were representatives of Belarus with the naviband Eurovision group in 2017.
How the project's career began
The official creation of the group fell on 2013th year. Initially, the team consisted of two people - Lukyanenko Temy and the soloist of the Naviband group Ksenia Zhuk, and it was simply called Navi. The debut composition, recorded together, was called "Abdimi myane". She immediately became a real hit, she was constantly played on Belarusian radio stations.
It was with this that the growth of the children began on the career ladder.
Catch, Sontsam sagratya
In 2014, the group presented two musical records: the first "Catch" and the acoustic "Sontsam Sagratya".
Almost the entire debut collection consisted of Russian-language songs, while the second was completely dubbed in Belarusian.
Arthur Stepanov acted as an arranger and sound engineer for two records.
Further, the performers could be seen at joint performances with Diana Arbenina. They also performed at the opening act for Sergei Babkin's concert.
The collective began to be constantly invited to participate in various music shows in Belarus, but they also gave concerts in Moscow in parallel. The guys took part in many creative festivals, gave solo concerts, their creative activity developed very rapidly.
How the project was formed
At the onset of 2015, Ksenia and Artem are no longer just a duet. Their team is expanding rapidly. The new members of the group are bassist Cheshevik Slava and drummer Shartukh Lesha. Thus, the areas for the group's concert performances were expanded.
In 2015, on January 31st, the band began to run for the Lyra music award. They were laureates in the nomination "Best song in the Belarusian language" for the song "Abdimi myane".
In addition to solo concerts in the cities of Belarus, the performers performed solo for the first time in Warsaw, Prague, St. Petersburg and Moscow.
In the same year, in the middle of autumn, the team decided to release the track "Geta Land" (translated as - This Land). With this single, they became finalists in the national selection for the world famous Eurovision Song Contest 2016.
Eurovision 2017
In 2017, in winter, the team again becomes participants in Eurovision. This time the performers presented the music track "Gistorya maigo zhytsya". In addition, on the same day, it so happened that the third collection of the collective, entitled Illumination, was released.
In the final part of the selection at Eurovision, the team won, and subsequently represented Belarus in Kiev in May of the same year.
These were the first musicians in the entire history of the competition who sounded a track in their native Belarusian language.
At the end of the draw, everyone learned that the project will perform in the 2nd semi-final. According to the vote, the guys participated in the final, they belonged to the third number.
In the final, the team took 17th position with 83 points.
